This dial displays essential information for using the unit. These dots will show the set temperature, the inside temperature, and notification symbols.
Product Modes:

Cool - The Gradient will remain in cooling mode at any set temperature. |

| Heat - The Gradient will remain in heating mode at any set temperature. | |
| Smart - The Gradient will automatically enter and switch between heating and cooling modes to maintain the user-selected temperature. | |
| Fan Only - The Gradient will not actively heat or cool, but will provide airflow from the indoor unit fan. |
Turning the device on:
Press the UI button to turn the device on. The device will now turn on and automatically show a purple circle and display the room's ambient temperature.
Changing temperature:
Rotate the button to change the set temperature.
Set fan speed:
Select a fan speed by rotating through the options (Auto, Low, Medium, High).
Mode selection:
Select the Mode (Cool, Heat, Smart, Fan Only). Rotate through the options to pick your preferred mode.
